If a buffellow (buffalo-er) observes you drinking an alcoholic
beverage with your designated dominant hand (buffalo-ee), and calls
"Buffalo" you must chug said beverage.
-
If said buffalo-ee consumes the beverage that was to be chugged
with his dominant hand and buffalo is called by a buffellow, then
the buffalo-ee must take a shot.
-
If said buffalo-ee consumes the shot with his dominant hand and
buffalo is called by a buffellow, then
"Anotha One", until said buffalo-ee remembers to
switch to the non-dominant hand OR a buffellow does not call
buffalo.
-
Being in the act of drinking is defined by the bottle/can/cup
touching the buffalo-ee's lips. If there is any contact, there is
no dispute.
-
If a buffellow is double fisting beverages, he is exempt from being
called on buffalo.
-
Both beverages must be opened and in the process of being
consumed.

"No Buffalo" can be called.

Law 5 only applies to beers; all liquor drinks are subject to
being buffaloed.

3 minutes to finish a 13 - 24 oz drink and 5 minutes for anything over
24 oz.

defined by the North Carolina State University (NCSU) school year; a
second refusal will result in the permanent removal of said buffellow.
-
A false buffalo, defined as calling buffalo on someone who is using
their non-dominant hand to drink a beverage OR someone who is not
consuming an alcoholic beverage OR the glass/cup/bottle is not fully
at their lips, results in the buffalo-er being buffaloed, and must
follow the rules as stated in Law 1.
-
If the contents of a drink are falsified, the buffalo-ee must
consume the beverage, and also purchase a shot of his choice for
himself and the buffalo-er.
